The natural progression for us was to move to the status of judging cats at shows. At this time we are both International All Breeds Cat Judges for Waratah National Cat Alliance Inc.

Judging show cats is an exacting task, which we both find most interesting with our years of breeding and showing cats and then the judging  training, giving us a sound understanging of the cat on show.  Just as we are ethical breeders, our judging is something we take most seriously.

We have judged in most parts of Australia, and of late have enjoyed our trips to New Zealand and the friendship of many Kiwi friends.

The invitations to judge allow us to further our knoweldge of cats and we enjoy the experience of seeing and handling wonderful different cats.

In 1999 we found the best avenue for breeding and showing cats was with the Waratah National Cat Alliance Inc. This is Australia's only national cat registration organisation. It is an affiliate of the World Cat Federation ,which gives us the opportunity to network with the best breeders in the world.

While Waratah National Cat Alliance Inc. is the newest  cat registry in Australia, it also is the most progressive, bringing our interest in breeding New Age cats together with the newest advantages in registration, showing  and a social fellowship with like minded people interested in maintaining the best in cats.

About Us

Jeff and I have been breeding pedigree cats since 1969, and whilst we have have many different breeds of cats in our family over these years, 12 years ago we returned to our first love, the Group 2 cat.

We find the challenge of breeding New Age cats so interesting and they are a true challenge to breeding cats.

Our focus is on the care of the cat, and those wishing to purchase a kitten from us must be prepared to have a commitment to their care and and for life. If you are lucky your kitten may live for up to 20 years, so undertaking ownership is one that we like to think will be for the life of the cat.

We find our cats do not need to run freely in the neighbourhood, and we would expect any prospective owner to understand that the confinement of their cat is of paramount importance.

It is our preference for our kittens to be loved house pets, and we do frown on cat owners who allow their pet to be free range. They will become hurt, hit by cars etc, and of course, as a hunter, will by nature hunt for food. This is not requied in a domestic cat, so keeping them contained is the best way to have your cat for a long time.

Unless the prosepctive owner is a registered cat breeder, the cat will be desexed, and the pedigree will be documented by Waratah National Cat Alliance to be either and alter cat for the show or house pet.

It is our preference all kittens leave home desexed, and please respect our wishes that no kitten may leave home until they are 12 weeks old.

All kittens are immunised microchipped and registered with Waratah National Cat Alliance Inc.
